300 ml	orange juice
to fill	spring water

Decided to see what happens if the sugar part of the kefir comes from orange juice. Either it’ll work OK or the acid in the juice will cause problems.

Had a glass of it. It’s fine. Tastes like weak orange juice, really. Nothing interesting and not work repeating the experiment.
